Our DTF PET Film Sheets India range gives garment printers a choice of sheet sizes and surface effects without buying a full roll. Choose your sheet dimensions, finish and pack quantity before adding the product to your cart. The film carries your printed design through powder application and curing, then releases the design onto the garment during heat transfer. It is blank printing media: you create the artwork and print the transfer yourself.

Sheet sizes and pack options

For DTF PET Film Sheets India, the physical dimensions matter more than a paper-size nickname. These are the actual supplied dimensions confirmed by our store. The A3 and A4 labels below are our option names; these sheets are not standard ISO A3 or A4 paper sizes. Set a custom page size in your RIP and check the maximum media width your printer can feed.

The full sheet dimensions are not a promise of borderless printable area. Leave the feed and handling margins required by your machine. A smaller sheet may suit chest logos and individual transfers; a larger sheet gives more layout space for larger designs or several small logos. Plan the design against your printer’s usable area before choosing a pack.

Which finish should you choose?

Choose DTF PET Film Sheets India by the appearance you want on the finished garment, not simply by the appearance of an unused sheet. Matte and decorative variants can require different release and finishing procedures. A dual-matte surface does not mean that you should print on both sides.

What you need to print these sheets

Use a printer configured for textile DTF printing, compatible textile DTF ink including the required white layer, suitable hot-melt adhesive powder, controlled curing equipment and a heat press. A standard office inkjet or sublimation-ink setup is not automatically ready to use this media. Confirm that the sheet width, length and feed path are supported by the converted or dedicated DTF printer you use.

The pack contains blank film, not ready-to-press transfers or self-adhesive stickers. This textile DTF workflow is also different from UV DTF A+B film used for decorating hard objects. Choose the media for the printing process you actually operate.

Printing and transfer workflow

1. Prepare the artwork: select the correct custom sheet size, apply the mirror setting required for your transfer workflow and leave suitable handling margins.
2. Load the film: identify the coated print face, keep the leading edge square and avoid touching the printing area.
3. Print the transfer: use your tested RIP profile and white-layer settings. Inspect fine lettering, solid areas and unprinted spaces before powdering.
4. Apply adhesive: cover the wet printed image with compatible DTF powder and remove loose powder from unprinted areas.
5. Cure the adhesive: use the verified procedure for the selected film, powder and equipment. A heater display alone does not confirm that the adhesive has cured properly.
6. Press and release: position the transfer on the garment, follow the variant’s temperature, time and pressure instructions, then peel at its specified release stage.

Settings for your selected finish: hot-, warm- and cold-peel instructions are not interchangeable. Exact curing and pressing values are not yet published for every variant in this range. Request the instructions for your selected finish from our team before running production. We do not present one unverified temperature as suitable for every film and fabric.

Matte film working settings

Our store’s working instructions for the matte option of DTF PET Film Sheets India are below. These values apply to the matte workflow; they have not been confirmed for glitter, glow, gold, silver or glossy film.

Baking and garment pressing are separate stages. Confirm the actual equipment temperature and test on the intended fabric; a heater setting is not a measurement of the adhesive or garment surface. For hybrid release, confirm the release timing supplied with the batch. Use the powder manufacturer’s curing guidance if its specified procedure differs, and resolve the combination with our team before production.

Check the result before a production run

With DTF PET Film Sheets India, assess the completed transfer rather than only the wet print. A useful sample includes a solid area, thin lettering and open spaces. Check that the film releases cleanly, the design adheres evenly and loose powder has not created marks around it. Evaluate stretch and washing on the actual garment material before promising those results to your own customer; this listing does not claim a laboratory-tested wash-cycle count.

Storage and everyday handling

Keep DTF PET Film Sheets India flat in their protective packaging when not in use. Protect the coating from dust, moisture, direct heat and fingerprints. Handle the edges and keep different finishes labelled so the correct print face and release instructions remain identifiable. Retain a small finished sample and record your film, ink, powder and press settings for repeat work. Supplier-specific shelf life and storage limits should be checked on the supplied batch information.
