1. Eligibility for Returns
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Items should include all original tags, labels, and accessories, if any.
Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is mandatory for processing returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:
Customized or personalized products.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us via WhatsApp Support with your order details and reason for return.
Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
You will be responsible for securely packing and shipping the product back to us.
Note:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item delivered was wrong or defective.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We offer replacements only if:
The product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may initiate a return after delivery under the return conditions stated above.
7. Important Notes
Items returned without prior approval from our support team will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service for returning your product.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
